We started Axiologik in Leeds in 2016. Ten years on, the team is bigger than it has ever been. Since August, nine new people have joined us, following two appointments at the start of the summer.
The new hires add depth to the capabilities our clients lean on most: architecture, delivery, product, engineering and AI, service operations and cyber resilience.
// THE GROWTHOur strongest three years so far
Revenue has grown by 50% over the past three years, well ahead of the industry average. That growth has come from the same kind of work we have always done: leading change in organisations where the technology is complex and the stakes are high.
So far in 2026 we've delivered for BNP Paribas, TPT Retirement Solutions, Zenith, the Bank of England and Genomics England. Our long-standing public sector partnerships with the NHS and the Home Office continue alongside them.
"The key to our success over the past 10 years has been our ability to lead the delivery of change in complex environments, where we're recognised as experts, and our commitment to using technology as a force for good."
BEN DAVISON, DIRECTOR AND CO-FOUNDER
That commitment to technology as a force for good is also reflected in our B Corp certification.
// THE WORKServices people rely on
Some of the programmes we’re proudest of run at national scale. The NHS Cervical Screening Management System serves 16 million people and helps to prevent 5,000 deaths a year.
At the Home Office, we've been part of launching new services that support Border Force, Immigration Enforcement and UK Visas and Immigration. You can read more in our case studies on the digital future of immigration and delivering NHS digital services at scale.
// WHAT’S NEWTwo new assessment services
This year we launched two assessments in the areas where demand is moving fastest. Our cyber resilience assessment, AxioSecure, follows a 600% increase in our cyber consulting work in 2025 compared with 2024.
Our AI readiness assessment, AxioIntelligence, helps organisations get a return on their AI investment and avoid projects that stall in pilot or underperform once live.
// WHAT’S NEXTOur second decade
AI is changing job roles and the way work flows through teams, and our hiring reflects that. Data from Skills England and the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) projects a 27% rise in demand across the digital and tech sector by 2035: 239,000 new jobs across 30 priority occupations.
"As we enter our second decade, we're continuing to invest in our people and capabilities to meet the rapidly changing needs of organisations across both the public and private sectors."
BEN DAVISON, DIRECTOR AND CO-FOUNDER
