Axiologik Triumphs at the Leeds Digital Festival Awards 2024 with Two Major Wins!

Axiologik is proud to announce its double victory at the Leeds Digital Festival Awards 2024, winning  Best Place to Work (Large) and Leader of the Year for our Marketing Director, Rachel McElroy.

Winning the Best Place to Work award reflects Axiologik's commitment to nurturing an engaging and supportive workplace. Over the past year, we've made substantial strides in improving the employee experience, achieving a Best Companies Index score of 687.9 giving us a 1 star accreditation. This success comes from various initiatives, including tailored learning programmes, a peer recognition scheme, and a holistic approach to employee wellbeing that has reduced absence rates and increased engagement across the company.

Diversity, inclusion, and social responsibility are not just buzzwords at Axiologik, they are at the heart of our company culture. We’ve taken significant steps to foster an inclusive environment—signing the Armed Forces Covenant, partnering with Troopr and the Tech Talent Charter, and joining the steering group for the City of London’s Pivoting Women into Digital initiative. Our efforts to raise awareness on key topics like menopause, neuro-inclusion, and allyship, coupled with a volunteer strategy supporting charities like Leeds Community Foundation and Fareshare Yorkshire, illustrate our ongoing commitment to making a positive social impact.

The Leader of the Year award, bestowed upon our Marketing Director Rachel McElroy, acknowledges her outstanding leadership and dedication to creating positive outcomes within Axiologik and the broader community. Rachel has been instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy, advancing our social value initiatives, and nurturing stakeholder relationships.

Rachel's dedication extends beyond her professional role. She serves as a board member for Boycott Your Bed North, supporting the charity Action for Children, and as a trustee for Fareshare Yorkshire, where her expertise is helping address food poverty by redistributing surplus food to those in need. Here she had already been instrumental in creating new brand guidelines and supporting the wider board and leadership team,

These awards are a celebration of Axiologik's collective commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing work environment. We are incredibly proud of our achievements, thanks to our entire team's hard work and dedication. We look forward to continuing our journey of growth and positive impact together.

Congratulations to the entire Axiologik team, and thank you for your unwavering commitment and dedication to making these recognitions possible! Together, we are building something truly special.
