Dependent upon Digital products to drive value, businesses demand continual product refinement to meet customer needs; and in response, product delivery has revolutionised ways of working, dramatically increasing the rate of change, and thereby increasing the challenge for outdated operational teams.
Faced with ever increasing demands, traditional ways of working are no longer fit for purpose.
We work with our clients to radically rethink the way in which Service Operations functions. Extending “shift-left” concepts of DevOps, we encourage product teams to take greater responsibility for live performance, and redesign and restructure operational teams to adapt and provide a “platform approach” to support their customers.

Design
End-to-end transactional reliability and state management. Explicitly design for failure modes, surge protection mechanisms (e.g. CDNs) & elastic infrastructure.
Build
Shift-left to place responsibility with engineers. Fully automated pipelines, high degrees of observability, spike testing, dark and canary launching.
Run
Strong production monitoring and alerting. Run-books for system administration and incident management. Event correlation / self-healing / AI Ops.
