Axiologik were initially engaged to support the mobilisation of a transformation programme to consolidate and outsource service management of the entire application estate of over 100 systems.
As part of the engagement, Axiologik developed the architecture strategy, established the organisation and delivery framework and implemented a revised governance model.
What We Did
As a team, Axiologik were subsequently retained to design and manage Business Change elements of the retailer's transformation programme, successfully restructuring the IT Services Department alongside the outsourcing programme.

The Axiologik team also provided subject matter expertise to lead the selection of a new strategic test partner for the client, including definition of requirements and assurance model to ensure adoption.

Axiologik were engaged by the Immigration Technology Portfolio, a large digital transformation portfolio within the Home Office’s Digital Data and Technology directorate, to transform the maturity of project and product delivery across their organisation of circa 900 personnel.
