Axiologik bags themselves Growth Company of The Year at the Leeds Digital Awards 2023!

We were named 'Growth Company of The Year' at the Leeds Digital Festival Awards 2023 at a sold out awards ceremony at the Belgrave in the city.

Founded six years ago, our journey began with a vision to enable organisations to achieve digital delivery excellence. Today, the company stands tall with over 100 dedicated team members, exemplifying its commitment to fostering growth and success. 

Over the past 12 months we have diversified our servicesexpanding from a single offering tosix distinct service lines. The addition of new services, including Product and Architecture, reflects the company's commitment to staying at thecutting edge of digital solutions. Furthermore, the originalfocus of Delivery excellence – encompassing IT transformation and project management – has continued to deliver brilliant customer outcomes.

While maintaining a stronghold in the public sector, as an organisation we have expanded ourpresence in the private sector. Breaking new ground in the utility, automotive, and finance services sectors,displaying a remarkable versatility and adaptability in a year recognised as having tougher trading conditions due to socio-economic factors.

Team growth at Axiologik is also worth shouting about. Over the past year, we have more than doubled its team members from 46 to 112. This expansion showcases our commitment to nurturing talent, fostering a dynamic work culture, and enhancing its ability to handle even more extensive and complex projects.
