Axiologik Earns Recognition as a Top Workplace in the UK Across Multiple Best Companies Categories

Axiologik is thrilled to announce that it has officially secured a position on several of Best Companies' prestigious lists, affirming its place as a top employer in the UK.

The company was recognised in three categories: Best Companies to Work For in Yorkshire and The Humber, Best Consultancies to Work For Nationally in 2024, and Best Small Companies in the UK.

During last Thursday's Best Companies Big Reveal event, Axiologik celebrated achieving rankings in these competitive categories, placing:

  • 34th in Best Companies to Work For in Yorkshire and The Humber
  • 9th in Top Consultancies to Work For in the UK, and
  • 50th in Best Small Companies to Work For in the UK

Additionally, the company earned a Best Companies Index (BCI) score of 687.9, granting it a 1-star accreditation—a milestone reflecting substantial improvements in employee experience and engagement over the past year. These accolades are a result of targeted initiatives such as bespoke learning programs, a peer-driven recognition scheme, and a holistic employee wellbeing approach, leading to increased engagement and a reduction in absence rates across the company.

Head of People Sarah Bright, who has spearheaded many of these initiatives, shared her excitement over the recognition, stating, "We are dedicated to becoming one of the UK's top employers, and this recent recognition is the result of years of focused efforts. Since partnering with Best Companies, we've steadily increased employee engagement—a true testament to the work happening across the business. By putting people at the centre of our organisations, we are securing long-term success, and we're proud to see this commitment reflected in our employee engagement despite industry challenges."

Jack Taylor, Head of Talent, echoed these sentiments: "We're thrilled to receive the 1-star accreditation, along with our national and regional rankings. At Axiologik, we're proud of our unique, supportive culture; seeing that recognised is fantastic. I want to thank all our employees and associates for their dedication to both our clients and each other—this commitment makes Axiologik such a special place to work."

The Best Companies Group identifies top employers by conducting confidential surveys that measure employee engagement and satisfaction, generating BCI scores that benchmark organisations against industry leaders. This year, Axiologik's rankings underscore its dedication to fostering an environment where employees feel valued, respected, and supported.

This recognition builds on Axiologik's recent achievements, including winning Best Companies to Work For at the Leeds Digital Festival 2024, and solidifies its path toward becoming a certified B-Corp organisation.
