Established in 2004, the Mindful Employer Network has a long history of empowering employers across the nation to achieve better mental health in the workplace. By signing the Mindful Employer Charter, Axiologik publicly declares its ambition to support the mental wellbeing of its employees.
Recognising that mental health challenges affect one in four individuals over their lifetime, Axiologik places mental well-being at the core of its values. In addition to collaborating with Leeds Mind, Axiologik has established a dedicated group of mental health ambassadors.
