Our People and Culture

We launched the Axiologik Development Academy to open digital careers to talent from non-traditional routes, and grew our team by 30% while strengthening diversity and inclusion.

Our Community Impact

We achieved B-Corp certification, reflecting our commitment to using technology as a force for good. Our team completed over 470 volunteering hours at FareShare, equivalent to providing 400,000 meals and saving 300 tonnes of embedded CO₂. We also supported STEM education and digital inclusion initiatives across the UK.
