Axiologik Celebrates Rapid Growth and Strengthens Commitment to Learning, Development, and Inclusion

Axiologik is proud to mark a period of rapid expansion, underpinned by growing demand from both existing and new clients. This exciting momentum reinforces our position as a trusted digital transformation partner and allows us to further tackle organisational challenges with fresh perspectives and innovative thinking.
Over the past six months, we’ve welcomed 20 new permanent team members across our Delivery and Architecture practices, contributing to overall workforce growth of 41%. In addition, our associate network has expanded by 32%, enabling us to meet rising demand for specialist expertise across sectors.
To support this growth, our People team has evolved our resourcing and onboarding processes, using direct candidate feedback to make them more inclusive, seamless, and flexible. These improvements are designed to ensure that every new joiner’s introduction to Axiologik is both welcoming and empowering.
Cat Hardy, Talent Partner at Axiologik, shared “We are incredibly proud of the culture we’re cultivating — one that champions our values of authenticity, expertise and trust so that individuals can thrive with the support of continuous learning, personal development, and genuine inclusivity. Our people are at the heart of our success, and we’re committed to making every part of their journey at Axiologik meaningful and inspiring.”
Looking Ahead: Ambitious Growth and Inclusive Targets for 2025
Axiologik is forecasting a 50% increase in permanent team members by the end of the 2025 financial year. With 41% growth already achieved and five months still to go, we remain on course to surpass our ambitious targets.
Diversity continues to be a cornerstone of our growth strategy. Women currently represent 39% of our overall workforce — well above the UK tech industry average of 27%. We’re committed to reaching 45% female representation by September 2025 through inclusive hiring practices and a culture that values diverse voices.
Supporting the Armed Forces Community
In line with our values, Axiologik is proud to support the armed forces community. We actively recruit service leavers and embed a ‘forces-friendly’ ethos across our operations. Since signing the Armed Forces Covenant, we’ve received the Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, recognising our efforts to reduce employment barriers for veterans, service spouses, and partners. We also provide flexibility for those impacted by partner deployments.
A Culture of Recognition and Continuous Improvement
In recognition of our continued investment in people, Axiologik was awarded a 1-star accreditation from Best Companies last year, based on a BCI (Best Companies Index) score of 687.9 — a milestone that reflects significant progress in employee experience and engagement. Alongside winning the Best Place to Work (Large Company) Award at the 2024 Leeds Digital Awards.
These achievements follow the successful implementation of bespoke learning programmes, a peer-led recognition initiative, and a holistic wellbeing strategy, resulting in higher engagement and reduced absence rates across the organisation.
As we move into 2025, we have set our sights on sights set on a 2-star accreditation and becoming a certified B Corp.
As we look to the future, our focus remains clear: to deliver outstanding results for our clients, nurture exceptional talent, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture that empowers everyone to thrive.
We recently welcomed Mohammad Shoaib Ramzan as our new Associate Delivery Manager. Reflecting on his experience at Axiologik so far, Mo shared, "Being part of Axiologik is genuinely enjoyable. The work is interesting, and everyone is welcoming and supportive. As a Muslim, I've felt completely comfortable being open about my faith, especially during Ramadan. It's been really encouraging to see how open people are to learning and having honest, thoughtful conversations. It's the kind of place where you can grow, be yourself, and feel appreciated."
As we look to the future, our focus remains clear: to deliver outstanding results for our clients, nurture exceptional talent, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture that empowers everyone to thrive.
