Investing in the Next Generation of Leaders

We’re not just building a business,we’re building a legacy. Our commitment to investing in the next generation leaders led us in May this year to launch the Axiologik Development Academy (ADA) to open digital careers to individuals from entry level to non-traditional backgrounds. Our first cohort is already gaining hands-on experience in architecture roles, supported by expert training, real-world client work, and senior mentoring.

With 39% of our workforce identifying as women, double the UK tech average, ADA is helping us shape a more representative and equitable industry. Our commitment to inclusive growth is further reflected in our Disability Confident Employer status, Armed Forces Covenant, and membership in the Tech Talent Charter.

Our mentoring programme and internal framework are designed to help employees identify and develop their unique talents. We’ve embraced a blended learning approach and a radical candour feedback culture, where 360-degree feedback is transparent, unsolicited, and non-anonymous. This ensures that learning and development are continuous, relevant, and aligned with both personal and company goals. We’ve also built a bespoke internal framework to complement SFIA grading, helping our internal staff understand their place in the business and the paths available for progression.
