This latest achievement marks a significant milestone in our continuous commitment to employee well‑being and organisational improvement. The three‑star rating is the highest honour awarded by Best Companies and reflects exceptional levels of engagement as measured through independent employee feedback surveys.

This is even more impressive in a year where Best Companies have seen a trend of over half of companies declining in their engagement scores.

Our recognition this year represents the culmination of a multi‑year engagement journey. In 2024, we were awarded a one‑star rating, acknowledging our strong foundations. Earlier this year, we progressed to a two‑star status for Outstanding’ performance, and now, through sustained focus and the invaluable input of our team, we have reached the elite three‑star accreditation for 2025.
